1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.  
- We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.  
- We currently ship within the United States only.  
- Typical delivery times: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and location.

3. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
We offer local pickup in Winter Garden, Florida for select items.  
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  
- Pickup times and instructions will be provided upon confirmation.

4. Delays and Exceptions
- Delivery delays may occur during busy seasons, extreme weather, or carrier issues.  
- Mazza Farms is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, but we’ll gladly assist in filing a claim if needed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
